Advisory Board

Baron Noël Devisch is chairman of the advisory board.

The Board members are: Willem Cramer, Jan De Moor, Jean-Pierre Depaemelaere, Alex Joos, Karel Plasman, Philip Verhaeghe, Geert Volders and Wim Voordeckers.

The content of the RNCI programme is determined by the members of the advisory board in mutual accord.

Points of focus:

• An optimal functioning and composition of the remuneration- and nomination committee
• The presence of HR competence in the remuneration committee
• Transparency of remuneration policy
• Optimal composition of compensation packages
• The Belgian Corporate Governance Code with regard to remuneration- and nomination policy
• Legislation on the introduction of a declaration on good governance and on a remuneration committee
• Follow-up on international developments, trends and best practices
• Networking between the members of the remuneration and nomination committees
