Mission
The RNCI addresses directors, company leaders, HR managers and everyone with an interest in human capital.
The RNCI concentrates on policy-related aspects of attracting, motivating, evaluating and compensating human talent in companies and organisations.
The RNCI also takes a closer look at the optimal functioning and professional composition of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee.
The RNCI wants to be a forum for exchanging ideas and dispersing best practices and interesting practical experience on this subject.
On these topics, the RNCI organises network activities and education initiatives. The RNCI follows up on current developments and circulates information.
The RNCI is an initiative of Corgo, member of Acerta. The RNCI also works in collaboration with Acerta’s HRM website, www.goingforhr.be. The RNCI is supported by an advice counsel composed of specialists and other stakeholders.
